MAC Studio Fix Fluid SPF15 Foundation Review:
This foundation is something that does not need introduction at all. You head into any MAC store here and ask for a foundation the first thing that the MUA suggests would be this.. Ha ha there are some really good foundations that MAC has(including this one) but no clue why the makeup artists here keep suggesting this!!
Price: The latest price should be around Rs 2500.
What I like about the foundation:
It is an extremely nice foundation if you have an oily skin but not a bad one either for dry skin, but can be quite drying on dry skin in winters. The best thing about this foundation is that it goes on from a medium to an extremely full coverage and stays put for a long time. Does not oxidize. Photographs really well. It is a really mattifying foundation so ideally it would work extremely well on a person with oily skin. If you’re a person with dry skin, probably a heavy moisturizer underneath or mixing a little bit of the MAC strobe cream can make it work. Being a makeup artist this is hands down the best foundation I use on my summer brides because Chennai is extremely humid in summers and this is one of those babies that can stand humidity longer than a lot of other foundations I’ve tried. Another great thing is that the color selection in the studio fix line is the best. Anyone can get color matched in this line.
I know there is always this NC/NW confusion going on but guys take some time Google and find out what is all that confusion going on, I’m sure it is actually not that crazy difficult as it seems. And by the way I mix two shades to get my perfect match. As always thought, anyone with a deeper Indian skin is not always an NC. NW40 is my perfect shade now, earlier I used to mix a little bit of NC45 to this. So if you are a foundation person and if you still do not own his little bottle then please go ahead and get one, you can make it work. Yes you can!
